The National Association of Mobile Entertainers and Brown & Brown of PA have teamed up to provide Association Members with the most comprehensive Liability and Equipment insurance benefits for mobile entertainers available today. Brown & Brown has designed the first paperless insurance product to address additional insured and evidence of insurance requests. Venues and clients can now receive confirmation of active insurance through e-mail.
Each Entertainer Insurance program has been uniquely designed to address your specific entertainment insurance needs by affiliating with industry associations and creating insurance policies that respond to the associated risk. Brown & Brown deals with managing risk so you can focus on your business.

Coverage is for sound equipment, related accessories and music libraries and applies while on and off your premises. Risks of direct physical loss, except those specifically excluded are covered. You may insure additional non-sound equipment related property at the same rate of $10 per thousand (e.g. Office Equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc.).
Equipment Coverage is optional and must accompany a N.A.M.E. Brown & Brown GL policy. Minimum coverage limit $15,000 rated at $10 per $1000 in covered equipment.
N.A.M.E. has successfully negotiated a new $2,000,000 OCCURRENCE limit at a highly discounted rate so you can keep up with venue’s ever changing insurance requirements. You can now have double the coverage for only 50% additional liability premium. Make sure you click the link in the liability section to price the double limit option and get this benefit.

If you have not enrolled in the N.A.M.E./Brown&Brown insurance program yet or are looking to renew click here to enroll online. You will need a current N.A.M.E. membership number to complete the application. Your unique N.A.M.E. member number will be included in your membership packet, and is also viewable in your online NameEntertainers.com member listing. Members are asked to complete the entire application upon renewal each year to ensure accuracy of information.
1.Will I receive a new COI from Brown and Brown?
No, your current certificates are valid as the policy is not changing. When you need a new cert for a new job or contract, contact Brown & Brown.
2.Just renewed with Willis, is it valid going forward?
Yes, you are renewed with Philadelphia Insurance Company and the only change is that B&B will provide the service effective 12/15/14.

5.Can we use our current PDF with Willis if we have requests for insurance?
6.Are you going to mail something out? We only mail renewal letters and invoice.
NAME’s latest email has our contact information. Future mailings will have updated information. Certificates have never been mailed out.
7.Just renewed insurance with Willis in Oct..Is policy automatically transferred to Brown and Brown? YES. Is my current COI with Willis valid?
8.When can I expect a new pdf?
Your current pdf remains valid. If you require a new one after 12/15, contact B&B.
9.Will we still send our current Willis certificate email to our venue contacts when asked?
10.Will Brown and Brown automatically send out/email updated certificates? If so, when can we expect them?
No. Certificates are never sent automatically you must fill out applications and pay for insurance each year or provide your company name, and member number to obtain a certificate of insurance.
11. When can we expect to see our first insure renewal email from Brown and Brown?
Renewal requests will be sent out 60 days, 30 days, and 10 days prior to expiration.
12. For additional insured please email your request to email@example.com, they must be in writing.
